Your dashboard provides a breakdown of all your services with Tap, and gives you a full view of the history of all your sales and the transactions that have been made, including the transactions that were declined or abandoned.
You may access your dashboard by signing in here with your registered email and password and then clicking on goSell and choosing the dates you want to see the statements for. As you can see below, for each transaction you can see the date it was made, the receipt number, customer details, amount, what payment method was used, and whether the payment was successful (as can be seen by the green dot).
Your dashboard also contains the information regarding when your next settlement will be and your pending balance.
You can also request for partial and full refunds here and export your statements onto excel or PDF for your own financial management.
