If you would rather send bills through the web than the goCollect app, we have that available for you as well. Through the web, you can either send a bill to one or send bills to many in bulk.
Sending a bill to one:
Log into your Tap dashboard and click on goCollect.
Click on Send a Bill within the menu on the left-hand side.
Enter your bill details, such as currency, bill amount, and description, and then click on Next.
Enter any other information you want, such as a reference number, expiration date, and how you want to send the bill. You can then enter your customer details and click Send.
You’ve successfully sent a bill!
Sending bills in bulk:
Log into your Tap dashboard and click on goCollect.
Click on Send Bills within the menu on the left-hand side.
Click on Download Sample Excel File.
Open the downloaded file and fill in the details for all the bills you have to send.
Upload the file to your Tap dashboard.
All of your bills have now been successfully sent!
