Do you have a web version of goCollect?

Yes, we do! You can use goCollect through the Tap dashboard to send bills on the web. Just go to the Tap Payments website and log in with your goCollect username and password to access your Tap dashboard.

If you want to send a bill to one customer:

1. Click on goCollect.

2. Click on Send a Bill.

3. Type in your bill details and your customer details, and click send.

Note: The bill details must not contain special characters such as (!@#$%^&*() )

If you want to bill multiple customers in one go:

1. Click on goCollect.

2. Click on Send Bills.

3. Download the sample Excel file.

4. Fill in the bill details and customer details in the format given.

   Note: The bill details must not contain special characters such as (!@#$%^&*()

5. Upload the file.

6. Send your bills in one go!
