When are payouts made to bank accounts in UAE?

For businesses in UAE, your payments will be settled for free to your bank account automatically.

Transactions will be settled in 5 business days, then will be made for free to your bank account weekly, every Tuesday.

Note: For only Corporate merchants in UAE, the bank transactions are available on Friday.

Also there is a minimum specific amount available to be settled as below:

• For corporates:- AED 100.

• For individuals:- AED 1000.

• For USD Accounts:- 750 USD

• Early payout

There is an additional fee on settlements below the minimum upon merchant requests an early payout, by contacting our customer experience agents on the live chat available on our website or goCollect application.

• For corporates:- AED 15, if the transaction is below than AED 100.

• For individuals: AED 15, if the transaction is below than AED 1000.

• Changing payout frequency

If you'd like to change your payout frequency so that your payouts are made less frequently such as once every 2 weeks or month, just contact our customer experience agents through the live chat available on our website or the goCollect app and they can help you with that as well.
