Steps to extract bank certificate from Aljazira Bank

Sign in through the Aljazira Bank app.

Click on the menu icon > then electronic documents.

Choose to request an electronic document.

Choose > Bank certificate without balance.

Choose the document language English > then press on "Follow".

The bank certificate will appear and make sure the beneficiary's name is in English.
