How do I integrate my Joomla website with goSell?

To integrate your Joomla account with Tap, you first need to have a Tap account. You can register for a Tap account here and follow the registration process to get your account activated. Once your account has been registered, you'll be contacted by our onboarding team to help you select a price plan that works with your business needs and get your account activated.

Once your account has been activated, follow the steps below to get your API credentials which is what you need to connect the Tap payment gateway to your Joomla store:

1. Log into your Tap dashboard

2. Click on goSell from the menu at the top

3. Click on API credentials from the menu on the left-hand side of the page.

4. The Merchant ID/ Account ID and API Key is what you need from this page

Once you get that, just follow the steps below:

1. Click here to download the Tap Payments plugin

2. From your Joomla dashboard, go to Extensions, click Manage and then Install.

3. Upload the downloaded Tap Payments plugin here

4. Go to Extensions and then select Plugins

5. Enable the 'Tap Payments' plugin, and you're done! Just add the Account ID and API key and you’re ready to start accepting payments in your store.
