How do I integrate my WordPress/WooCommerce website with goSell?

To integrate your WordPress account with Tap, you first need to have a Tap account. You can register for a Tap account here and follow the registration process to get your account activated. Once your account has been registered, you'll be contacted by our onboarding team to help you select a price plan that works with your business needs and get your account activated.

Once your account has been activated, follow the steps below to get your API credentials which is what you need to connect the Tap payment gateway to your WordPress store:

1. Log into your Tap dashboard

2. Click on goSell from the menu at the top

3. Click on API credentials from the menu on the left-hand side of the page.

4. The Merchant ID/ Account ID, Username, Password, and API key is what you need from this page

Once you’ve got that, follow the steps below:

1. Download the updated Tap’s wooCommerce plugin (zip file) from our GitHub repository.

2. Login to your WordPress admin panel, from the left menu bar >> click “Plugins”

3. From the top-left side of the page click the “Add New” button.

4. Upload the plugin zip file and install it by clicking on the "Install now" option right after uploading the file.

5. Wait a moment, until you get the message “installed successfully”

6. Check the installed plugins list & find Tap’s plugin (you can also search the keyword ‘tap’).

7. Click ‘activate’ the plugin, and you’re done!
