How can I see the breakdown of the payments that make up a payout?

Modified on Tue, 5 Mar at 4:24 PM

Every time a payout is made to your bank account, you’ll receive an email notifying you about it which gives a quick breakdown of the different types of payment methods that have been used in this payout and the bank account it’s going to, as can be seen below.

If you’d like to see more details, just follow the steps below:

  1. Click on View Transactions at the top right corner of the email

  2. It will take you to a new page where you should enter the email and password that you created the account with.

Once you enter the page, the breakdown of the payout is divided by the payment methods used, such as KNET, Mada, Visa, MasterCard, etc. Within the breakdown, you’ll see the following sections:

Net Transaction Credits: This is the total amount that is being settled within this payout cycle before the transaction fees are deducted. If you click on this, it’ll show you the different payment methods that were used in this payout cycle. Clicking on the payment methods will highlight the different transactions that were paid with that payment method and what that total amounts to.

Net Transaction Debits: This is the total fee being deducted within this payout cycle. Clicking on this will again separate the charges by payment methods used. If you click on a payment method, it’ll show you how much was deducted for each transaction using that payment method.

You can also click on Export Excel File if you want to download the information as an Excel sheet for your own records.
