Checking your refunds list history with their status

Just follow the steps below to find a list of all the refunds you’ve processed:

  1. Sign into the Tap dashboard with the email ID and password you created the account with.

  2. Click on goSell/ goCollect.

  3. Click on Refunds from the menu on the left-hand side of the page.

  4. You’ll find a full list of all the refunds processed with a colored button on the right side of each refund for the real-time status of the refund. Just hover over the colored button to know what status each color stands for.
