How can I change my business or personal information after signing up?

You can change all your account information yourself right through the goCollect app. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Open the goCollect app

  2. Click on the Menu icon on the top left corner of the screen

  3. Click on your business name from the menu that appears

  4. Click on Account Info, Contact Info, or Bank Info, depending on what information you want to update.


The only information you may not be able to change yourself is the civil ID ( if you’re a home business) and the corporate license or authorized signatory papers (if you’re a licensed company). 

 

If you’d like to change this, just get in touch with our customer experience agents through the live chat within the app or on the Tap website and they’ll be able to assist you with it.
