How can I submit the required documents for goCollect?

You may upload your documents through the business profile section of the app.

For unlicensed individual accounts:

Select your business name at the top of the sidebar
Select contact info
Upload the requested documents (Authorized Person’s ID)

For licensed corporate accounts:

Select your business name at the top of the sidebar
Select business information
Upload the requested documents (Organization’s License Copy, Authorized Signatory Copy, Chamber of Commerce Registration, or Authorized Person’s ID).
