On your dashboard, your balance is split into two: Pending Balance & Available Balance.
Pending balance: Once a successful payment is captured on your website/mobile app, it will be posted in your pending balance. This means this transaction has been successfully processed but isn’t ready for settlement yet.
Available Balance: Once the funds are ready to be settled in your bank account, it will show up under Available Balance.
Depending on the payment method, each transaction will take up to 3-5 business days to show up in the Available Balance and be ready for settlement.
