Steps to extract the banking certificate from Arab Bank

Sign in to the Arab Bank app.

Click on letter/digital certificate.

Pressing account identification certificate (IBAN)

Choose the bank account and select the language of the document as English > then click on the "Execute" icon.

The authentication code will be sent via text message enter it directly.

Make sure the beneficiary's name is in English.
