Yes, you can.
Using the charges API, you can design a separate payment flow as needed. All you need to do is to define the Source ID value depending on the payment method you want to design the flow for.
The Source ID values for the different payment methods are as follows:
KNET: src_kw.knet
Mada: src_sa.mada
BENEFIT: src_bh.benefit
Fawry: src_eg.fawry
OmanNet: src_om.omannet
Visa/MasterCard/Amex: src_card
