How long are the bills valid for once I send it?

As a standard, the bills are sent with an expiration date of one month. However, you can change this if you want a shorter or longer expiration date for a bill.

Just follow the steps below to change the expiration date of a bill:

Open the goCollect app
Give your phone a shake or click on the ‘+’ button at the bottom right corner of the app to create a new bill.
Click on Expires on xx/xx/xxxx, just above the Next button
Now you can change the expiration date of the bill to whatever you desire.
