I have completed the steps for activating Apple Pay, but I do not see the option on the Payment Page?

If Apple Pay is not available even after activating it, you should check the following:

  • Country of the business: The business should be based in a country where Apple Pay can be enabled, for now it is available in ??Kuwait, ?? Saudi Arabia, ??UAE, ??Bahrain, & ??Qatar.

  • Currency: KWD, SAR, AED, BHD, &QAR

  • Device: The device used to make the payment needs to support Apple Pay. These are all iPhones with Touch ID or Face ID enabled (except iPhone 5s); all iPad, iPad Pro, iPad Air, and iPad mini models with touch ID or Face ID enabled; all Apple watch models; or any Mac models with Touch ID.

  • Browser: Apple Pay can only be enabled on Safari

  • Active card: The customer should have an active card saved within their Apple Pay to successfully make a payment. This needs to be a Visa, MasterCard, Amex Card, Mada, or Benefit since they are the only ones that support Apple Pay.

  • Integration: Apple Pay is not included within the Cards JS Library integration. So if that’s the type of integration you’ve used, you may need to add Apple Pay with the raw APIs. You can check out documentation to see how to create a token for Apple Pay.

After this, if Apple Pay still isn't available, you can get in touch with our customer experience agents through the live chat available on our website to help you further.
