Yes, Apple Pay is supported through Tap’s Shopify plugin and can be enabled for eligible businesses.

Requirements to enable Apple Pay on Shopify

To use Apple Pay on your Shopify website Tap:

• You must have an active Tap Payments account.

  If you’re not yet onboarded, please install one of the following plugins and register from it to get started.

• Install one of Tap’s Shopify plugins:

  • Native Checkout Plugin (for on-page card payments)

  • Checkout Page Plugin (for redirect-based payments)

• The business location must be in one of the supported countries:

  • Kuwait

  • Saudi Arabia

  • UAE

  • Bahrain

  • Qatar

  • Oman

• Accepted currencies:

  • KWD, SAR, AED, BHD, QAR, OMR

Note: Apple Pay availability is based on region, currency, and Apple’s supported devices and browsers. We’re working to expand this support across more countries in the region.
